TIP OF THE WEEK: A friend sent me a text last night asking how to keep her voice strong and healthy so I thought I'd post some dietary tips I sent her. They work for me but are not always true for everyone. Let me know if there are others that work for you!! I am in no way a doctor but my ENT has passed this info on to me :)
Foods to avoid when singing a lot: dairy, caffeine, salty foods, chocolate (so sad...), citrus fruits, acidic foods like tomatos, spicy foods, alcohol
